Its gives a medium- body and mouthfeel. with a medium+ alcohol intensity. primary aromas : peach, pineapple, citrus fruits, yellow apple, manderine peal, lemon peal, passion fruit. secondary aromas: vanilla, nuts, toast, bread yeast.

Medium long finish with lots of citrus, stonefruits, tropical fruits flavors, vanilla and honey in the back.

Conclusion
The high alcohol is noticeable and the high acidity gives it a fresh mouthfeel. The balance between the oak maturation and lie gives it a complex delicate flavor. The tropical fruits and well noticeable with lots of pineapple and passion fruits.

Shellfish like crab or prawns, steamed grilled fish, fish pâtés, chicken or vegetable terrines and pasta or risotto with spring vegetables.
