Fresh tropical fruits like: Pineapple, lychee, lemon, citrus. Flowery notes like: fresh blossom.

  • Palate

Freshness in your glass with a lot of tropical notes. Medium acidity and not that dry. A hint of butter makes it creamy and give it a full body character and a good mouth feel.

  • Finish

Long finish, that gives you a long and smooth after taste of tropical fruits and butter with citrus and a hint of pineapple.

  • Conclusion

Very enjoyable, if you like the tropical notes with a hint of butter. The freshness was something we find really enjoyable with this particular white wine. A great summer wine to enjoy with friends and food. The Roussanne grape that was aged in oak gives you that buttery note and its blended perfectly with the rest of the grapes, but also keeps giving you that freshness from the Viognier.
