    Full-bodied, fresh dark fruits like plum, cassis, raspberry, cherry.

  • Palate

    Soft fresh plum with cassis notes, red current with medium acidity. Medium tannin’s but full body. in the back of the palate a black peppery notes.

  • Finish

    Medium long Finish with plum and red current with some lingering spices.

  • Conclusion

    A good red wine that is soft but with plenty of South Africa’s sunshine and warmth in every glass. Silverboom can be enjoyed right away but can also tolerate being stored for up to five years from its harvest year. This South African red wine give you a joy and sunshine the glass, with a bit of kick. The blend between the Merlot and the Shiraz is well balanced and nicely done. we where pleasantly surprised by this full-bodied red wine.
