    Dark, red, jammy fruits like: Plum, raspberries, red current, strawberries. Balanced wood maturation with lots of vanilla, toasted wood, toasted coffee beans. some earth notes like mushrooms and leather.

    Medium body with balanced tannins and medium acidity. plum, red current, raspberries, strawberries, cranberries. a sour, salty, bitter note. Earthy notes like: Mushrooms, wet earth, leather, tobacco leafs. A slight black pepper on the palate.

  • Finish

    Medium to long finish with lots of red forrest fruits and vanilla at the end.

  • Conclusion

    A great example of a beautifully done blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo.

    Pasta, poultry, lam, tapas, steak, hamburger.
