Conclusion
A young and jammy dark red wine. Where the dark fruits linger and the jammy red fruits take the upper hand. The grapes come from old vines and are collected manually. The vinifications are made in stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days with controlled temperatures of 26-28ºC. The wine remains in American oak barrels for 3-4 months until the end of the malolactic fermentation. After determining the mixture and the wines are assembled. Grapes used from different areas in Spain like: Torro, La Mancha and Valdepeñas. The simplicity and the minimalistic label tells us that we do not need to focus on the label or the shape of the bottle but whats inside the bottle is what matters. But i must say this easy presentation did made me wonder if it was any good at all. Well i got pleasantly surprised. I recommend opening this bottle before using. This because its has a closed nose when i first smelled it. After i let it decant for 30 minutes it will open up more.
