  • Nose

A complex nose with a beautiful cooked red and dark fruit aromas like dark plum, full dark cherry, ripe strawberry, ripe banana. Balanced wood aromas with vanilla, caramel, baking spices, walnuts and hazelnuts and chocolate notes.

  • Palate

The perfect combination between wood and red and dark fruits is so well balanced that it’s heaven in your mouth. The joy you get with drinking this full red wine is something like I’ve never had before. The strawberry and banana notes are amazing and the beautifully wood maturation with lots subtle vanilla, caramel, hazelnuts and walnuts aromas makes it all complete. In the back you get the chocolate notes and some baking spices. Well balanced medium tannins with medium acidity. Give this Rioja some air and it will really open up and give you more red fruits notes and vanilla.

  • Finish

Long with lots of strawberry, milky chocolate and vanilla notes. Lovely lingering spices in the back and balanced tannins.

  • Conclusion

One of my favorite Spanish Rioja red wines. Can’t go wrong with this one. A good aging wine and will be perfect around 2024. A good price for quality around 20 euro and recommend this to everyone if you like red rioja wines.
