    Complex nose with lots of dark red fruits, also great smells of vanilla, caramel, coffee and ripe banana.

  • Palate

    Full body and a beautiful Rioja. Spain in a bottle, with lots of dark red fruits like: Ripe strawberries, banana, cherries, blackberries, raspberries, and black currant. Earthy notes like mushrooms and leather and cocoa. A good balance of acidity and velvety tannins. Beautiful structured wood maturation like: burned ceder, vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, coffee and toffee. Also some hints of backing spices, cinnamon, black licorice.

  • Finish

    Long and mouth filling, goes early down the throat and leave you with a blend of dark fruits and hints of dark chocolate and coffee.

  • Conclusion

    If I have to compare it with something physical, i would make this a muscle car. A muscle car that you want to drive every day and makes you feel good while driving it. It’s the same with this wine. You want to drink this wine everyday. Definitely worth your money at this price. We both a few bottles to let it age in the bottle a few more years, so it will get more complexity. Know that it’s been aged for 15 months on new French oak barrels. Also the grapes are hand picked from only the best vineyards in Rioja, Spain. This wine benefits from 1 hour decanting.

    BBQ meat, red meat, tapas, pasta, lam, poultry, beef, cheese.
