    Dark cooked fruits with: Blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, plum, cherry, strawberry. Well balanced nose of oak, notes of: vanilla, fresh oak, tobacco, figs.

  • Palate

    Full body complex Cabernet Sauvignon. Lots of dark cooked fruits on the palate. you can almost chew the plum, strawberry. In the back of the mouth you can taste the raspberry, cherry, figs and some rasins. A sweet note of vanilla and toasted nuts with brown sugar. Medium tannins and medium acidity. Some light peppery note.

  • Finish

    Medium to long elegant finish, with cooked red fruits, oak, vanilla and toasted nuts. In the end a smooth peppery note.

  • Conclusion

    This balanced wine makes your mouth water and makes you want to chew the wine. This California wine makes you want to explore more and really surprise you with its complexity and full mouthfeel. The price is a bit high, but if you can get it at a good deal you will experience a smooth, full bodied and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon.
