Nose
A nice California Cabernet nose. Strong and with full luscious red and dark fruits notes like dark plum, ripe cherry, raspberry. Medium wood influence, with vanilla, milky chocolate, peppery spices and cinnamon. Lovely overall nose.
-
Palate
Full body and a rich mouthfeel with plums, berries and cherry notes. Medium tannins and medium acidity. The wood influence is there but not overpowering. Subtle aromas of ceder wood, vanilla and caramel with lingering milky chocolate and coffee aromas. The peppery spices are there in the back on the tongue, more like soft black pepper.
-
Finish
Medium finish with a creamy soft coffee, vanilla, ripe berry and plum aromas. At the end a hint of peppery note.

Conclusion
Great Californian Cabernet Sauvignon. The price we payed for it was just right. You can taste the ripe red and dark fruits of a warm climate. It's like a holiday in the glass.
