Nose
Primary aromas of red fruits like: Plum, red currant, strawberry Secondary aromas: forrest ground, cherry sweets and some vanilla with a hint of botery notes
-
Palate
Same fresh red fruits on the palate but the strawberries seems to be more present. Medium tannins with medium + acidity
-
Finish
Short with red fruits and mostly strawberries. The acidity will linger more on the palate.
-
Conclusion
Medium to light body and mouthfeel and high acidity. Strong red fruits flavors but expected more strawberries notes for a gamay grape. The price is just right for this wine, wouldn't pay more though.
