Nose
A fresh citrus nose, with some tropical fruits noticeable. Aromas of; Citrus fruits, green apple, ripe yellow apple, ripe pear. Tropical fruits like; ripe pineapple. Secondary aromas of; toast and brioche
-
Palate
Same aromas are noticeable on the palate but because of the delicate mousse the acidity seems to be higher. Its gives a great mouthfeel but because of the medium - body its tend to lean more to the high acidity. The flavor intensity is medium and their are no complex secondary aromas present.
-
Finish
A medium long finish with a elegant and delicate mousse that seems to linger with the citrus and tropical fruits. The medium body and high acidity gives it a good mouthfeel.
-
Conclusion
It's a affordable Cava that does give you the freshness and some more flavors then just citrus. It isn't that complex but the great delicate mousse gives you that pleasant mouthfeel and on a summer day with friends i know it will definitely sparkle.
