Nose
With a medium smell intensity and lots of red and dark fruits aromas like; Plum, red cherries, raspberries and secondary aromas like; vanilla, black pepper and cedar wood.
-
Palate
On the palate you will find the same aromas as on the nose but with some more complex and balanced wood tannins. Also some medium body, tannins and medium + acidity.
-
Finish
A Medium + finish with lots of balanced and structured red and dark fruits. The secondary aromas give a smooth and silky prolong finish. The hints of vanilla and black pepper gives it that great mouthfeel.
-
Conclusion
A balanced and somewhat complex bordeaux with nice structured wood tannins. The acidity in this bordeaux is very present but not overwhelming. The smashed fruits flavors are jammy and give you the feeling of eating a good cherry pie. Overall a good and decent bordeaux that aged well for four years in the bottle. Price quality wise its also very cheap.
