A complex but full bodied chardonnay with a fresh nose with aromas of: Citrus fruits, green apple, ripe yellow apple, ripe pear Stonefruits: Apricot, mango Tropical fruits like: ripe pineapple, passion fruit, starfruit, peach, galia melon Secondary aromas off: creamy butter, honey, vanilla, caramel sweets, fresh baked bread, toasted ceder wood, roasted macadamia nuts and hazelnuts.

Palate
Same full, rich and complex aromas on the palate with light tannins and medium acidity. Everything is well balanced and a delicious creamy mouthfeel.

Finish
Long complex finish with lots of fresh citrus and tropical fruits, but also lovely secondary aromas of popcorn butter, vanilla and toasted ceder wood. At the end nuts with hints of marzipan.

Conclusion
One of the best Chardonny I've tasted in a long time. complex aromas both primaire, secondaire and tettaire. If you love the big bold heavy wooded taste flavors and buttery chardonnay's this is definitely the one for you.

Shellfish like crab or prawns, steamed grilled fish, fish pâtés, chicken or vegetable terrines and pasta or risotto with spring vegetables.
